EXCHANGE POLICY

At Teecharis, we do not support exchanges. When placing an order, customers are required to confirm all item details, including size, design, and quantity. Therefore, we are unable to accept exchanges due to incorrect item selection, size, design, or address errors made by the customer.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed for shipping, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the order is considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We will provide a full refund or replacement if your order meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or shattered.

  • The product design, size, or material is different from what was ordered.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The product does not match the description on our website.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The defect is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., minor threading that can be easily fixed).

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)

  • Photos of defective or incorrect items

  • Screenshots of previous email correspondence with our support team

Return & Refund Process

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, we will provide a return address and instructions. Pack your items securely and use a trackable shipping service.

  4. Email us your return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Do not return items without prior approval via email, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • If a return package is lost or damaged during transit, we cannot issue a refund.
