What shipping methods are available?

We offer fast shipping for all orders within the USA at a flat rate of $5.99 USD. Please note, we currently do not ship to US military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders within the USA are estimated to arrive in 10-20 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal as the primary payment method. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to confirm your payment.

Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot modify it. Please ensure all details (size, design, quantity, address, etc.) are correct before confirming your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this window, the order may have already been processed and shipped. A 10% management fee will apply to cancellations. Please email your cancellation request to [email protected].

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, with no additional fees except for the shipping cost of the return package. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

What is the time frame for your policy?

Our policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. After 30 days, the order is considered accepted, and no refunds will be processed.

I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If the tracking status shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property, as it may be hidden. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping company through the tracking email notification.
