- Accuracy affirmation: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you’re authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What Happens After We Receive a Proper Notice?
Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content.
- Notify the user or content provider responsible for the material.
- Terminate access to our services for repeat offenders.
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. This must include:
- Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content: Details about the content and where it was located before removal.
- Good faith belief: A statement explaining why you believe the removal was in error.
- Contact details: Your name, address, phone number, email, and consent to the jurisdiction of a Federal Court in your area (or in any U.S. district if outside the U.S.). You must also agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original complaining party and restore the content after 10–14 business days, unless the complainant files a legal action.
